Who is responsible

This policy describes the current OnlinePuzzle website at onlinepuzzle.cc, operated by Zhaocaibao Technology Co., Ltd. Contact [email protected] with privacy questions or requests.

Game data stays in your browser

The games use browser storage, including localStorage and IndexedDB (for Sudoku), for supported game boards, moves and undo history, level progress, scores, recent games, statistics and preferences such as sound. The data saved and the ability to resume vary by game. For example, Merge Fruit saves records but does not restore the current bowl after a reload.

The current game application does not upload these saves to an account or a game database. Saves are tied to the browser and website origin. They are not synchronized across devices. Storage may be unavailable in restricted browser modes.

Hosting and connection information

Cloudflare hosts and delivers the website and provides network security. When you visit, its infrastructure receives connection information such as your IP address, requested URL, browser information, time of access and technical or security signals needed to deliver and protect the service. Cloudflare may also process network-error reports and use security-related technologies.

This technical processing is separate from your saved game. Cloudflare operates a global network, so processing may occur outside your country. Its privacy policy explains its processing and retention practices. We do not claim that visiting the site creates no server-side records.

This Privacy Policy page also loads a listing badge image from sellwithboost.com. Your browser connects directly to that service to fetch the image, including when analytics is off. The image request sends connection information such as your IP address and browser headers to that service. It is separate from Google Analytics.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

The application uses local storage for game features, settings and your analytics choice. When configured, optional Google Analytics loads only after you allow analytics. It uses cookies to measure visits, traffic sources, repeat visits and game interactions, including game type, language and completion. Google receives browser and connection information and may process data outside your country. We do not enable advertising features. Cloudflare infrastructure may use technologies for security and service delivery.

You can reject analytics and still play every game. Use Cookie settings on this Privacy policy page to change your choice or stop future collection. If you contact us

Emailing us shares your email address and the information you choose to include. We use it to respond, investigate the issue and handle your request. Email is handled through our email provider, Google. Please do not send passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information.

We retain correspondence only as needed to handle the request, maintain necessary records or meet applicable legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information or use your saved games for targeted advertising.

Your choices and requests

You can remove local saves and preferences through your browser’s settings by clearing site data for onlinepuzzle.cc. This resets progress and may be irreversible. A game’s New game or Restart button is not a general deletion tool for all stored records.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of personal information, object to processing, or complain to a data protection authority. Email us to make a request. We may need enough information to verify it. Browser-only saves are controlled on your device; we cannot recover them from a server backup.

Children and policy updates

There is no account registration or request for a player’s name or age in the games. If a child sends personal information by email, a parent or guardian can contact us to request its deletion, subject to applicable obligations.

We may update this policy when the website or its data practices change. The date above identifies the latest version. Material changes will be explained on the website where appropriate.
