Who is responsible

This policy describes the current OnlinePuzzle website at onlinepuzzle.cc, operated by 招采宝科技有限公司. Contact [email protected] with privacy questions or requests.

Game data stays in your browser

The games use browser local storage for game boards, moves and undo history where supported, Water Sort level progress, scores, recent games, statistics and your sound preference. This supports resume, records and the Continue Playing feature.

The current game application does not upload these saves to an account or a game database. Saves are tied to the browser and website origin. They are not synchronized across devices. Storage may be unavailable in restricted browser modes.

Hosting and connection information

Cloudflare hosts and delivers the website and provides network security. When you visit, its infrastructure receives connection information such as your IP address, requested URL, browser information, time of access and technical or security signals needed to deliver and protect the service. Cloudflare may also process network-error reports and use security-related technologies.

This technical processing is separate from your saved game. Cloudflare operates a global network, so processing may occur outside your country. Its privacy policy explains its processing and retention practices. We do not claim that visiting the site creates no server-side records.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

The current application uses local storage for game features and settings, rather than advertising cookies. It does not include advertising, Google Analytics or a configured player-event analytics service. Cloudflare infrastructure may use cookies or similar technologies for security and service delivery.

If we add advertising or optional analytics, we will update this policy and provide choices or request consent where required before activating technologies that require it.

If you contact us

Emailing us shares your email address and the information you choose to include. We use it to respond, investigate the issue and handle your request. Email is handled through our email provider, Google. Please do not send passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information.

We retain correspondence only as needed to handle the request, maintain necessary records or meet applicable legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information or use your saved games for targeted advertising.

Your choices and requests

You can remove local saves and preferences through your browser’s settings by clearing site data for onlinepuzzle.cc. This resets progress and may be irreversible. A game’s New game or Restart button is not a general deletion tool for all stored records.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of personal information, object to processing, or complain to a data protection authority. Email us to make a request. We may need enough information to verify it. Browser-only saves are controlled on your device; we cannot recover them from a server backup.

Children and policy updates

There is no account registration or request for a player’s name or age in the games. If a child sends personal information by email, a parent or guardian can contact us to request its deletion, subject to applicable obligations.

We may update this policy when the website or its data practices change. The date above identifies the latest version. Material changes will be explained on the website where appropriate.
